2013 IEEE Educon conference started today in Berlin, Germany. The conference attendees can download a mobile agenda for Android and iOS devices.

The IEEE Global Engineering Education Conference is the fourth of a series of conferences that rotates among central locations in IEEE Region 8, Europe, Middle East and North Africa.
